Our money-back guarantee follows our refund policy. In short:
- Returns within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number. Unused products in their sealed, unopened packaging get a full refund.
- Free return shipping on all returns.
- Damaged, defective or wrong items. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number. We will check the issue and arrange a replacement or a refund, and we cover the return shipping.
- Exchanges. To exchange a product for a different variant or product, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is free.
- Refund timing. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we process the refund within 5–7 business days, back to the payment method you used. Your bank may take another 2–3 business days to show it.
